I had a good run

Well,

Today I was laid off from my job I've held for the last 12 years. The Food Broker business is actually run on 30 day contracts. We lost 4 contracts in 90 days and over $300,000 in income go bye bye in 30 days.

Three of us lost our jobs, another person who did my job in New England plus an Albany office worker.

I'm hoping to take the summer of and have a cherry job awaiting after Labor Day. We see as I already have some calls and leads on different industry jobs.

Oh well, it was a good run , the future will only bring me a better opportunity which will re-energize me and help jump start my brain. Only good things to come ....
