Happy belated birthday to Toni and Ellie.
So where is everyone...no news all week ... what's up with that.
Kendra called to tell me that I had a surprise waiting for me on Friday evening. I arrived home to find that Evan came home for the weekend. It was good to see him. He got a ride with his girlfriend, Karen. She was coming home to see her father who just got out of the hospital. Evan will be back this Friday again for a week + ... he's got his spring break.
This next week is Kendra's last week home before going back to school (part time).
Saw a crocus pop through in my front garden... Spring is on the way. Wishing all of you an early Happy Easter.

I guess it's been one of those 'busy stretches' for everybody.
I had a great dinner last night with Maureen and got caught up with her world.
I had a three day bridal show this weekend at The Dance Museum. It was fun, as it should be, but gotta tell you, I'm not used to being on my feet for hours at a time. Whoa, I was bushed! Tired legs!
So I missed Monday's trip to the Y but got back in the saddle yesterday. "Walking" next to me on the treadmill was a friendly chap who could be the "mayor" at the Y; he talks to everybody. Turns out he's the starter at Saratoga National Golf Course...where Coach Bill Parcell is a member and frequent golfer. He shared stories and I told him my 'claim to fame' of taking golf lessons with then-12-year-old Dottie Pepper. Made my mile and a half go fast.
I'm looking forward to driving to Pittsford on Friday and getting to meet the twins, Grace and Aaron on Saturday.
