I really wanted to log on to let John know what the Dzingle's had for dinner tonight...Black Bean & Shrimp Soup. It was great!!! Spicy and delicious. Evan is home for the week so I thought it would be a good time to take it out of the freezer and serve it up. Great with a bit of grilled bread and a glass of wine. Thanks Ginny for sharing it with us. Thanks John for sharing with your Mom.
