Well, it's August in Saratoga (second weekend in fact) and boy is it beautiful! The weather the past few days has been delightful for man and horse..in the 70's. Doesn't sound like August but we'll take it. The flowers and the lawns are lush. The Inn is booked pretty solid; lots of checkins and checkouts as folks tend to stay only a few days at a time. Not like me who used to go to the Cape for 3-4 weeks in August. I miss the Cape. I've been getting some "on the water" time at Saratoga Lake; it's not the same but it'll do....it'll have to do. Hope y'all are enjoying your summer too.
Thinking of Kendra and Aunt Debb in Boston this week at Boston Children's seeking some answers to Kendra's on-going issues. My love, prayers and affection are with you.
Thanks Ginny. We arrived safely ... parking is a real issue around here so my car may stay parked in the hospital garage until we leave. Everything we need seems to be within walking distance. This morning we're just hanging out and waiting for her first appointment.
