only 2 weeks left in the track season and the summer - time just flies ... Nothing good to report as far as winners , i had to go to the ATM for only the second time and first time since opening day , but that was Friday and I've parleyed a $60 voucher since then ... We just missed when a horse ran second on Sunday , another big score is at my finger tips ...
Its been so long since I've spent any time with Nikki - so today i was working in her area so I surprised her for lunch. I know where she is at almost any time of day i've worked with her so often, so I met her at an account she has in Wingdale - on the other side of Millbrook and Dover Plains - pure horse country. It was so nice to sit and just talk for a while. I forgot how deep blue her eyes are. We chatted for a hour over lunch. She doing better. She moving forward. She's very strong and sees her way now. We will be able to start talking again soon almost like normal. Her son got into trouble with all this going on so once that gets taken care of - ... i know surprising her today will make her smile for a few days too... Did i mention how amazing her blue eyes were ?? We haven't worked together in over 3 months. The fall looks promising ...
Hope Kendra is feeling better too...
