I think your doctor is not a mathematician...there are only 16 calories in a teaspoon of sugar. Ok 2-1/2 teaspoons of sugar plus half&half is a lot but if that's the way you like it. Just don't be surprised if you don't drop 800 calories by switching from sugar to PureVia. I've been looking for the this new sweetener in the market but so far has been unsuccessful. Where did you find it? I applaud your improved eating habits...yogurt over ice cream but have you tried decaf coffee. No kidding ... you can find good - strong - flavorful coffee without all the caffeine. Just a thought. And what's with the all the falling down??? Hope you're ok.
