I'm all for healthy eating but I have to draw the line at eating yogurt with anything resembling bread in it. I don't mind chewing my yogurt but it better be chunks of fruit that I'm chewing :)
Glad to hear that Ellie is enjoying her time in the water. I'm sure Jude will have a picture or two to share.
Ginny - you go girl - keep up the exercise and I really like the reward of message on Friday. I'm up for that one.

Okay... so it's yogurt today. I always buy Yoplait. use to buy the thick ones, but now I have to buy the low fat plain vanilla and put my own fruit in it. (fresh raspberries on sale this week were wonderful (cholesterol - was high 240 and don't want to give me medication so I'm trying diet - my good cholesterol is 71 which is wonderful so I must be doing something right with my diet.) Three of my big culprits for the high cholesterol were real butter, cheese and shrimp.

Yikes, Di, we're all thinking about those dreaded choleserol numbers. You know, though, that high cholesterol runs in the family...and that's not so bad (my opinion) if the HDL is elevated as well. I get my numbers next week. I've been on 20 mg of cholesterol medication so hopefully, the total won't be over 200. 71 is a great HDL !!
