Aunt Di says...

Okay... so it's yogurt today. I always buy Yoplait. use to buy the thick ones, but now I have to buy the low fat plain vanilla and put my own fruit in it. (fresh raspberries on sale this week were wonderful (cholesterol - was high 240 and don't want to give me medication so I'm trying diet - my good cholesterol is 71 which is wonderful so I must be doing something right with my diet.) Three of my big culprits for the high cholesterol were real butter, cheese and shrimp.
