Well - the meet is off to a good start for me. After a rocky punch in the stomach on Opening Day, I have settled in and made a few nice smart bets and have picks some very nice winners so far. I took home $125 yesterday and $300 today with one bet left at Del Mar in California.

Opening Day was a punch in the gut when I was told - "you won't have a place to sit" after sitting at the same table for 10 years ... Things have changed some, my friend has a new job and can't get the tables or go to the track at all Monday - Friday. Well the other people "in our circle" of tables said they wouldn't get a table for me since "i don't play along with them." They are drinkers and I've turned down drinks and dinner just cause its not my environment. Well they hold that against me - assholes ...
So I bought a new traveling chair and don't sit exactly where I used to - but I am cheering so many winners home - and they're not - so I can't say I'm not having fun ....
Huge crowd today - unreal for a plain old Saturday , must have been 40,000 .... that a good crowd ... K - gotta do my work for Sunday ... if anyone is going to the track - just ask and I'll tell you 'what's up' for the day ....
